By accessing or using the CarFleek website (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Vehicle listings
Listings are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing, mileage, year, and specification details are accurate, but errors can occur. Final pricing, availability, and condition are confirmed at the time of inspection or purchase.
3. Inspections & sale
Every vehicle we list is independently inspected. Buyers are encouraged to view and test-drive the vehicle before purchase. Once a sale is completed, the vehicle is transferred on an as-is basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Contact via WhatsApp & third parties
Communication initiated through the Site (WhatsApp, phone, email) is subject to the terms of the third-party service used. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of those services.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — text, images, layout — is the property of CarFleek or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarFleek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
