When you contact us we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number (via WhatsApp), and message. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this Site.

We use your information solely to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, and complete a sale you have initiated. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
3. Sharing
We share information only where strictly necessary — for example with a logistics partner you have asked us to arrange, or where required by law.
4. Storage & retention
Listing and account data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure. We retain enquiry messages only as long as needed to serve you, then delete them on request.
5. Your rights

6. Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies required for authentication on the admin dashboard. The public Site does not set marketing cookies.
